Brand New Interactive parent-child education theatre – understanding climate change and cultivating humane spirit (Conduct in Cantonese only)

Posted on 28/09/2024

This summer, the high temperatures persist, and we believe you have already felt the changes caused by global warming in Hong Kong.

The climate crisis is causing varying degrees of impact worldwide, with some regions experiencing more severe effects than we might imagine. What challenges will our next generation face? It is often overlooked that among the 25 countries most affected by climate change globally, 14 are simultaneously experiencing armed conflicts. What consequences will arise when "climate change" and "armed conflict" occur simultaneously?

In September 2024, we are bringing you "2030·Climate Act - Parent-Child Session," an event presented in the form of experiential simulation in an interactive theatre setting. Parents and children will experience the plight of climate migrants together in highly realistic scenarios alongside professional actors.

If you would like to let your children better understand the impact and humanitarian crisis brought by climate change from a three-dimensional perspective, meditating on the distance between the climate disaster and ourselves, we sincerely invite you to join this activity with your children.
