The Hong Kong Red Cross is organizing a free seminar, “Emotion Navigation: Preparing for Grief and Life Planning”, featuring our clinical psychologist and a professional lawyer from “ForeverGift.hk.” They will share insights on coping with grief from a psychological perspective, and introduce essential legal planning tools—including Will, Enduring Power of Attorney (EPA), and Advance Medical Directive (AMD)—to help you and your loved ones prepare for the future with greater peace of mind and dignity.
